It uses thin-film sensors placed directly between the shoe and disc or between the brake block and the wheel, wirelessly transmits data to a tablet from up to 45 simultaneous points, with an accuracy of ±5 %, reduces process time by 75 %, extends caliper service intervals from 6 to 8 years, and was awarded the ERCI Innovation Award 2023.
